Company Secretary : 事務（秘書）

シンガポール会社法によって、シンガポール企業は、法定に応じた業務を行うため、有資格の秘書を選任しなければならない。このサービスでは、実績のある秘書を選任して適切な業務を行います。
また、上記以外での問い合わせや貴社業務に関する指導が必要とされる場合は、その都度、各業務内容、サービスの複雑さ、スタッフのレベルによって月単位ご契約させていただきます。

As per Singapore Companies Act, each Singapore company is required to appoint a qualified company secretary to handle ongoing statutory compliance matters. Under this service, we will act as the named company secretary for your Singapore company. However, enquiries and instructions above the usual amount necessary to administer the company will be based upon the complexity of the services provided and the level of staff and these will be billed on a time cost basis monthly

Nominee Shareholder : 名義株主

名義株主は新規設立会社の企業活動、また管理に一切関わりません。単純に名義人となります。
注意、名義株主サービス利用をご希望のかたは、デポジットとしてJPY300,000（払い戻し可）の支払いが必要。

Our nominee shareholder will not be involved in any business activities or management of your company. Note that we also require a JPYEN300,000 refundable security deposit for providing the nominee director service.

Nominee Director : 代表取締役の任命

シンガポールの会社法によって、すべてのシンガポール企業は最低一人の現地在住取締役を選出しなければなりません。 （シンガポール市民、永住権所持者、EP/Entrepass、Dependentpass所持者）。外国人、外国企業であり、シンガポールでこれから設立する新会社に対して、この条件を満たすことができない場合は、代理の代表取締役をたてるサービスがこのサービスです。 当社の代理取締役は御社の事業活動、また管理に携わることはございません。単純に名義人となるだけです。
注意：この代理取締役サービスの利用をご希望の方は、デポジットとしてJPY600,000（払い戻し可）の支払いが必要。

As per Singapore Companies Act, each Singapore company is required to appoint at least one local resident director (Singapore citizen, permanent resident, employment/entrepass pass, or dependent pass holder). If you are a foreign person or company and are unable to satisfy this requirement for your Singapore company, we can provide the services of a nominee director to satisfy this requirement. Our nominee director will not be involved in any business activities or management of your company. Note that we also require a JPY600,000 refundable security deposit for providing the nominee director service.

EntrePass Application + Business Plan : エントレパスの申請とビジネスプラン

シンガポールで事業を始めようとしている、またはシンガポールに事務所移転をしようとする外国の企業家は、シンガポール・企業家パスビザが必要となります。当社のサービスはシンガポール政府のかわりに、ビザ申請の提出や記録をいたします。

Foreign entrepreneurs planning to setup a business in Singapore and relocate to Singapore to run their business require an Singapore EntrePass visa. Our service includes preparing a business plan (as required by authorities) for your planned Singapore business, acting as your sponsor, filing & tracking the EntrePass application on your behalf with authorities.

Employment Pass Application: エンプロイメントパスの申請

外国人雇用者のためのエンプロイメントパス申請のための補助をいたします。エンプロイメントパスとともに、ディペンデントパスの申請も必要な場合は、JPYEN100,000が加算されます。

Singapore companies (including subsidiary, branch office, or rep office of a foreign company) planning to bring a foreigner employee to work for their company in Singapore need to first apply for his/her Employment Pass. Our service includes attending to the employment pass application filing matters for the foreign employee. Dependent pass application filing is $1,000 if filed along with the employment pass application.
